Events
The attendees acknowledge and agree that the R.I.S.E. Movement's will be recorded and photographed. The attendees hereby give your full consent to The R.I.S.E. Movement's to use their image, likeness, and/or voice in any photographs, videos, or other recordings of the event.
The attendees acknowledge that the recorded and photographed content is the sole property of R.I.S.E. Movement, and they have the right to use it in whole or in part for promotional, marketing, educational or other related purposes.
The attendees agree that their image, likeness, and/or voice may be edited or modified, and that they have no right of approval or control over the final form of the content.
The attendees further release and discharge The R.I.S.E. Movement's, their officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the recorded or photographed content.
The attendees understand that they have the right to opt-out of being recorded or photographed by notifying the event organizers in writing at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. If you do not opt-out, your attendance at the event constitutes their consent to be recorded and photographed.
Membership
Until you cancel, we will continue to charge your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your membership cost. Send an email to hello@risethemovement.com with the subject "Membership Cancellation."
Until the customer informs the firm that they want to cancel, monthly R.I.S.E. Movement's subscriptions automatically renew each month at the indicated retail price.
R.I.S.E annual membership will automatically renew each year at the indicated retail price until the subscription buyer tells the firm that they desire to cancel. Subscribers will be alerted via email prior to renewal.
Billing Cycle.
The membership fee for service or any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be automatically charged on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis depending on your billing cycle to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership until your membership is cancelled. Monthly Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel.
Annual Subscribers will be notified via email prior to renewal and the annual subscription will automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel.
Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register.
Courses
R.I.S.E. Movement's offers courses to members and non-members. Members have unlimited access to courses, while non-members can buy courses at individual prices.
8. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site and the Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You may only use the Site and Services for your non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, and limited personal use, and no other purposes.

We may provide promotional codes offering a discount on our product. Promotional codes cannot be used on past purchases. Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Only in cases where the client is unable to see the Livestream due to technical difficulties will refunds be given.
Refund requests will only be reviewed and handled on the first day of each event.

If any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions.

We shall be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract our rights and obligations under these terms without your consent or any notice to you. You shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and obligations under this agreement.
26. Force Majeure
R.I.S.E. Movement is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond R.I.S.E. Movement control, e.g. general labor dispute, extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and R.I.S.E. Movement concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written concerning the Site. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You may not assign the Terms and Conditions, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights therein.
A failure to act concerning a breach by you or others does not waive R.I.S.E. Movement's right to act concerning subsequent or similar breaches.

This agreement becomes effective the date that you first access the Site and remains effective until it is terminated consistent with its terms. Violations of this agreement may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and denials or termination of your access to the Site. Such restrictions may be temporary or permanent. Upon termination, your right to use this Site shall be revoked. All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and rights of ownership and licenses to R.I.S.E. Movement shall survive any termination.
