Why RISE?
Twelve years ago, I was appointed Managing Director of an investing network. I immediately saw a glaringly obvious gap that no one else seemed to be commenting on: nearly everyone in the network was male.
I asked myself where are the women? When I began searching for the answer, I cam across some alarming statistics...

I saw a need for a more inclusive and diverse investment community – one that provided women with the financial education and confidence to not only invest their money, but invest toward initiatives that make a positive impact. Women reinvest 90% of their paycheck back into their families and communities.
